Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
We will gladly assist you in locating your shipment whenever possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and work with you to provide a replacement or other resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
